Welcome to OfficePro Version 12! We’re excited to announce one of the most significant updates in OfficePro history, bringing a modernized interface, enhanced security, improved performance, and powerful new automation tools to help your practice run more efficiently than ever before. Version 12 introduces expanded multi-factor authentication options, greater user access controls, automated appointment reminders, automated refill and purchase order workflows, and a completely redesigned experience across the suite. We’ve also launched new clinic kiosk capabilities, device management tools, and deeper communication features through ConnectPro, giving practices more ways to streamline operations while improving the patient experience.
A major highlight of this release is the evolution of ChartPro AI with the introduction of our next-generation ChartPro AI assistant. The assistant now supports real-time transcription, telehealth visits, note type selection, transcript review before note generation, live speech-to-text processing, and enhanced AI-generated treatment plans. PatientPro has also received a major expansion, including online appointment scheduling, Google sign-in, electronic agreement signing, SMS notifications, product ordering with shopping cart functionality, card-on-file management, and improved portal registration and checkout workflows. These enhancements help create a seamless digital experience for both patients and staff.
Version 12 also delivers hundreds of enhancements, fixes, and reliability improvements throughout OfficePro, ChartPro, ProductPro, PatientPro, BillPro, ConnectPro, and our growing ecosystem of integrated devices. We've completed the full integration of ChartPro AI into OfficePro12, bringing AI-assisted charting into your existing desktop workflow. You can now launch a recording session, review the AI note, and save it to the chart without ever leaving OfficePro. The interface has been redesigned to match the look and feel of OfficePro12, so it feels like a natural part of the application you already know.
This update also brings the new satisfaction survey and on-device transcription to OfficePro12 users. Whether you're seeing patients in the exam room or wrapping up at your desk, ChartPro AI is now one click away from wherever you are in OfficePro12.
With ChartPro AI, you simply record your encounter directly from the patient visit screen. When you're done, the AI analyzes the conversation and produces a structured, section-by-section chart note ready for your review. You can edit any segment before accepting it into the chart, so you're always in control of the final documentation.
This feature is designed to save providers significant time at the end of the day. Instead of dictating or typing notes after hours, the note is drafted and waiting for your approval before the patient even leaves the room. It works seamlessly within your existing OfficePro workflow — no new software to install or learn.
You'll now see a small rating tab on the right side of every AI note preview. Tap the thumbs up if the note looks great, or thumbs down if something missed the mark. Either way, it opens a brief survey where you can rate the transcription accuracy and overall note quality on a simple 1–5 scale, and leave a comment if you'd like.
Your feedback is tied directly to the visit and feeds into our ongoing improvement process. The more providers rate their notes, the better ChartPro AI gets at understanding your specialty, your style, and your patients. It only takes a few seconds, and it makes a real difference.
